With over 1000 homes sold generating over $200 million in sales in the year 2021, Commercial and Property Management Divisions with an over 700 propriety portfolios, TRA has been voted Yuma’s Best Real Estate Firm in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2023 by the Yuma Daily Sun. We have 2 offices, Yuma Main and Foothills Branch that allow agents and clients to meet locally and at their convenience.

My name is Valentin Guzman, a proud 1st generation Yuma Native. I am the President and founder of The Realty Agency, and the Valentin Guzman Insurance Agency. I am a licensed Realtor as well as a P&C and Life licensed insurance agent. I have been in sales since 1998 and a local businessperson since 2005. My passion has always been to develop people and businesses with the goal of providing superior customer experience to our customers. The greatest reward as a Realtor is to see my client’s joy in buying their dream home. I believe that the fundamentals of business are having ethic, passion, and discipline. During my career, I have been blessed in achieving the top national awards ranking in the top 1% nationwide. My greatest passion in life is my beautiful family.

Nabile Paredes

Nabile joined the Real Estate industry in 2007. Today, with over 15 years of experience, she proudly leads The Realty Agency in Yuma, AZ as the Designated Broker. Nabile is a proud NAU Alumna with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; always being a firm believer in continuing education, her passion is not only to guide the consumer through their path to homeownership, but also multiply her experience by providing extensive training and development for all TRA agents so they can better serve their own clients. Nabile’s motivation is her beautiful daughter and family.
